Youth Power Performance Training Overview
Youth Power Performance sessions are built around developing and testing Type II muscle fibers, the fast twitch fibers responsible for speed, power, and explosive movement.
This is structured training. Not random drills.
Athletes participate in monthly performance testing using combine style assessments to create measurable data, track progress over time, and establish clear athletic baselines. Athletes will also experience a scaled down version of a standard YPP training session.
Monthly Performance Testing May Include:
40 yard dash
Board jump
Change of direction and agility testing
Additional movement and performance assessments
All movements are age appropriate, coached, and supervised. The focus is on effort, proper mechanics, and safe execution.

After registration, parents must check their email within 24 hours, including spam or junk folders.

Parents will receive access to their child’s private testing portal within 48 hours of registration.
The portal may include:
Monthly performance testing results
Additional athlete data and progress tracking
What to Bring:
- Athletic clothing
- Cleats or athletic sneakers
- Water bottle
Expectations:
- Athletes must be ages 7 to 14
- Athletes are expected to listen to coaches at all times
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session
This is a structured performance environment.
Drop Off and Pick Up
- Drop off at the designated check in area
- Coaches supervise athletes for the entire session
- Prompt pick up is required at the end of the session
- Parents who remain on site must respect designated viewing areas

Membership and Training Options:
Enroll your child in Youth Power Performance and give your athlete access to structured speed, power, and performance training with monthly performance testing built in.
At this time, prior session scheduling is not required. Athletes attend sessions based on the program schedule. A session scheduling system will be introduced in the future as the program expands.
Monthly Training Options
Foundation Plan
4 sessions per month with monthly performance testing
Performance Plan
8 sessions per month with monthly performance testing
Performance Plus Option
Includes Saturday sessions with extended duration and monthly performance testing
Monthly plans auto renew every 30 days from enrollment date. Auto renew can be stopped at any time.
Upfront Training Options / One-time Upfront 2 month payment:
Foundation Upfront
8 total sessions with monthly performance testing
Performance Upfront
16 total sessions with monthly performance testing
- Upfront plans do not auto renew
- Any unused sessions may be made up within 2 to 4 weeks after your last payment, depending on the plan.

Session Length and Scheduling Notes:
Training session length may vary based on field availability and daylight requirements.
Weekday Sessions:
Currently limited to 1 hour due to field use restrictions and mandatory clearance before sundown
Pricing has been adjusted to reflect this temporary duration and will be adjusted again once weekday sessions return to the full 1 hour and 45 minute format
Saturday sessions
Always 1 hour and 45 minutes, regardless of season
Advance notice will be provided for any changes to session duration.
After Payment
After payment, you will be redirected to complete the one time YPP registration form. This form is required prior to participation.
