Justin Rambo

Performance Coach
Justin Rambo is the founder and head coach of Youth Power and Performance. He grew up in Rochester New York and became a standout athlete in both football and track at Rush Henrietta Senior High School. His early success in speed, strength, and performance built the foundation for the training system he teaches today.

Justin holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and is a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, and Group Exercise Instructor.

In 2013 he opened his first training studio, Excelled Athletics LLC. It was through this company that he created and refined the training method that would later become the core of YPP. Over the years he trained hundreds of athletes and consistently improved their speed, quickness, and overall explosive ability.

His coaching philosophy is built on developing strength, teaching correct body mechanics, and activating type 2 muscle fibers with more power and efficiency. This approach produces real gains in speed, agility, and athletic confidence that carry directly into game situations.

Through Youth Power and Performance Justin is committed to building stronger, faster, and more capable young athletes who move with purpose and compete at a higher level.

When he is not running YPP, Justin is also a licensed real estate agent www.rambosellstampa.com.
