Real Testing. Real Progress.
Most programs say kids are getting better. We prove it.
In just 2 months, YPP athletes improved an average of 0.33 seconds in the 40 yard dash and 0.10 seconds in the 5-10-5 shuttle.
The 40 yard dash measures acceleration and speed.
The 5 10 5 shuttle measures change of direction, control, and reacceleration (quickness).
At YPP, we test, track, and train with purpose so parents can see real development, not guess at it. Most “speed and agility” programs just run drills. We train for real performance.

"I had significantly better knee drive, became more explosive and visibly gained speed from sophomore year to junior year just from training with Rambo in the off season. I credit my breakout season to the work he helped me put in!" - Jared Gerbino
