Many teams spend hours practicing skills, systems, and strategy but very little time developing the physical qualities that support performance. Athletes often lack acceleration, power output, body control, movement efficiency, conditioning, and the ability to repeatedly perform at a high level throughout a game.

At YPP, we focus on developing those qualities through structured performance training.

Our training is built around speed development, change of direction, power production, strength development, conditioning, movement quality, coordination, and injury prevention.

We emphasize explosive athletic movements and the development of Type II muscle fibers responsible for speed, power, and rapid force production.

We build progressive in-season and off-season training programs based on your athletes, sport, schedule, facility, equipment, and goals. Whether the objective is maintaining performance during a competitive season or building a stronger athletic foundation during the off-season, every program is designed with long-term athletic development in mind.

One of our YPP coaches comes directly to your facility, field, rink, school, weight room, or training location and delivers professionally structured training sessions for your team.
